Ø     Kids Hope USA is looking for people who like to do photo scrap booking. We have photos from the past 10 years that we would like to make a display of for our 10 year Celebration. Ø     GEMS Counselors attending the annual conference in Minnesota are collecting pop cans for travel expenses. A container is available in the lobby. If you want cans picked up from your home after an Open House or holiday gathering, call Lonna Driesenga at 892-4808.

Ø     Prayer Request: Please pray for the VanderSchuur family as we help move our daughter-in-law and grandson into their new apartment in Ft. Lewis, WA this week. Our son Staff Sgt. Jesse VanderSchuur plans to leave Iraq July 22 and join his family in WA. Pray for them as they adjust after being apart for a year. Thank you! -- Joe & Aileen VanderSchuur

Ø     The Lakeshore Pregnancy Center is offering a training session for anyone interested in becoming a volunteer peer counselor.  Classes will be held in Holland Aug. 3, 4, 6, 10, 11 & 13 from 9 AM – 2 PM. This is a 27-hour training and all classes are required.  Interested? Ø     The Christian Reformed Church in North America has positions open: (1) A full-time opening for an Administrative Assistant in Grand Rapids for the Denominational/Synodical Office. Deadline: July 23. (2) A part-time Administrative Assistant in the Grand Rapids office of World Missions. Deadline: July 19. (3) A new Director of Loan Fund based in Grand Rapids. This position will manage lending programs and real estate holdings for the Loan Fund and Home Missions. Deadline: August 27.
