Ø The Lord’s Supper will be celebrated next Sunday morning.

Ø The Coffee Break/Story Hour Ministry is in need of nursery helpers and children’s leaders for their 32nd season beginning this fall. Call Sarah Weaver at 389-7521 or Carol Gulker at 895-6321 if you’d like to be involved and please pray for this ministry.
Ø GEMS Counselors attending the annual conference in Minnesota are collecting pop cans for travel expenses. A container is available in the lobby. If you want cans picked up from your home after an Open House or holiday gathering, call Lonna Driesenga at 892-4808.

Ø Anticipating that Unity Christian High School will open a resale store in the Hudsonville/Jenison area this fall, Unity is inviting inquiries and applications for two part-time positions: store manager and assistant manager. Call Unity’s Development Office at 662-4011 for more information and an application. While applications will be accepted until the positions are filled, screening of applications will begin June 18.

Ø Pray for Synod: The congregations of the Christian Reformed Church in North America are asked to remember the synodical assembly in intercessory prayers on June 6 and 13. Pray that the Holy Spirit will equip the delegates to serve in faith and obedience and will lead the CRC into new and challenging areas of ministry. May we together experience the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace as we strive to know and to do the will of the Lord.
Ø A host family or couple is needed for a foreign GVSU student for about a month this summer. He wishes to stay with a family to improve his English speaking skills. Ø All children entering grades 2nd through 8th are invited to Lamont Art Camp June 14-18 from 8:15 - noon at Lamont CRC. Ø Sat., June 12, will be the next Feeding America Mobile Food Pantry at Allendale Community Church. The first 100 people with need will receive food. Please pray for our guests and the needs they have that bring them here and for support to continue to provide this food. Prayers are a blessing and a foundation of this ministry. Tickets ($50 each) may be paid for by check or credit card. Celebrate “unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace” by participating in fellowship, a banquet meal, and a varied musical presentation by outstanding artists.
