Some of these children are born to be leaders but will it be a leader of a violent gang or instead be a good or even great leader of our community, our state or even our nation. You can help shape the character of young children in our community. Please contact Aileen VanderSchuur, our Kids Hope USA Director either in person or by phone 204-3540 this week.

Ø    BACK TO GOD MINISTRIES INTERNATIONAL: Manoel, who watches our Portuguese television programs, asks us to pray that his heart would be opened to the Gospel. “Pray that I will understand the messages I hear. I want to believe.” Please keep Manoel in your prayers. Pray that God will use our ministry in Brazil to help him understand and believe.

Ø    FAITH AND DOUBT: CAN THEY LIVE IN THE SAME HEART? For a long time it was said that doubt is a sin. But now there are leaders in the Christian church saying that doubt is good, even faith growing. It’s no wonder Christians today are deeply confused about faith and doubt. Can genuine, honest faith and doubt coexist in the same heart? Find out on the Oct. 12 Back to God Hour. Go to www.BacktoGod.net for local stations and times.

ALL FOR ONE: Have you ever had to be the new kid at school?  Have you ever wanted to welcome the new kid but didn’t know how?  Help Liz figure it out on this week’s Kids Corner and then check out the new look at the Kids Corner web site www.kidscorner.net.
